The firm is 100% owned by our Managing Director, Margo Emery. This gives us a vested interest in building a sustainable business through client satisfaction. For Executive recruitments, the complete recruitment is handled personally by our Managing Director; this also includes all initial contact with potential candidates and sources, unlike in most other recruitment firms where this critically important work is often delegated to more junior consultants, thus potentially diluting the expertise applied to the process.
From our base in Maitland in the Hunter Valley (NSW), we conduct assignments across Australia offering a unique service where we charge by the hour, not on a percentage-basis on ever increasing salary packages. When undertaking a recruitment process, we charge only for the time spent on work undertaken to achieve set goals.
